Nowadays, women living in a condominium raise in Tokyo. One of the reasons why there are independent women more and more and both gender don't think marriage importance compare with used to be.

Buying condominium makes you relieve in the long run. If you are in your twenties, you work hard to decide like "Pay all until 40". In my case, I can't save money without a goal in mind. I do work at a yoga instructor to pay off.

Disadvantages

・In case when it's in trouble not easy to let it go. 

It's sometimes happened to neighbors in trouble like noisy and transfer for the job.  But it's difficult to move easy compare with rental apartments. You need to keep living or find someone to lease as a rental condominium. It's going to be old fast if not find someone to live in.

・Burden on finance

It's not only paying back but also an expense for management and repair deposit etc. Also, there is a property tax. If you become sick you need to pay rent as well even lose your salary.  We don't know what happens in the future. So it's important to think about your life plan.

・In case you need to left your home that marriage and your family's support.

For sure you get married, pregnant and support your parents you might think of going back to the original home. In that case, you have to think about leaving your condominium.

You might think the japanese house is too compact to live. We usually say 1LDK is most suite for living yourself. There are almost have windows to prevent mold in the basroom and toilet.
